Red Room fought gallantly to the line under a superb ride by Andrew Fortune to shed his maiden tag at Turffontein on 25 June 2016. In so doing he brought much happiness to the 50 Shades of Grey Syndicate(nominee Jo Gardner). The syndicate comprises a whole lot of ladies, including, Jo Gardner, Tamlyn Sadie, Jo Burton, Julie Alexander, Lee Kaindl, Kerry Cooke, Nicky Odendaal and Aimee & Bianca Sadie. Red Room was bred by Summerhill Stud.
