The Kop cruised to an easy victory in only his third start over 1450m, at Turffontein racecourse, on 19 September 2020. Under a good ride from Jockey Denis Schwarz, he had The Kop well placed and kept him within striking distance. The Kop moved up well when asked for an effort and kept finding all the way to the line to win easily. Congratulations to owners, Jo & Bruce Gardner, Adrian Giuricich and Greg Sadie. The Kop was bred by Summerhill Stud.
