Master & Man powered home to get the better of the favourite in a ding dong finish, on Thursday night at Turffontein over 1600m, on the 15 November 2018. Another good ride by apprentice Denis Schwarz, he had Master & Man well placed from the start and produced him at the right time to get him home by a head at the line under a strong ride. Master & Man will be better over further and it may pay to follow him through the season. Congratulations to owners Bruce & Jo Gardner and Gary Alexander. Master & Man was bred by Summerhill Stud.
